A restaurant known by locals as the place to go for authentic seafood donburi.

We take「Fukkurinko」rice grown in southern Hokkaido and cook it in a charcoal-fired steam oven, topping it with yakimono dishes also grilled over charcoal. The seafood donburi are made with carefully selected ingredients such as sea urchins kept year-round in additive-free salt water.

We also offer live squid, fried fish, and a variety of full meals, as well as some brand-new items such as a seafood-and-beef donburi made with seafood pasta and avocados.
